Lombardi SA seeks a Senior Engineer / Project Manager for Hydropower and Dams to lead multidisciplinary, international projects in the energy transition. You will plan, design and supervise hydro facilities, conduct site visits, and collaborate with customers, suppliers, and teams to ensure on-time delivery with quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in Civil Engineering with hydraulics/structures/geotechnics specialization.
• Minimum 15 years of design and supervision experience on hydro powerplants and dams in an international context.
• Proficient in English; Italian/French/Spanish knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Plan, design, manage and supervise hydroelectric and hydraulic projects.
• Carry out technical site visits and coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Contribute to obtaining new mandates and business development abroad.
• Evaluate project risks and review studies and designs.
• Lead with consistency to create safe and stimulating work environments.
