The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree with hydraulics/structures/geotechnics and at least 15 years of experience in hydro powerplants, dams and related works, with strong leadership and language skills in English

Job Description

• Plan, design, manage and supervise hydroelectric and hydraulic projects. Prepare technical reports, define deliverables and ensure compliance with schedules and quality standards.
• Carry out technical site visits, collaborate with customers, suppliers and internal teams, and propose innovative and efficient solutions for each challenge. Ensure the quality, technical, and financial performance of the assigned projects.
• Contribute to acquiring new mandates and developing business abroad.
• Evaluate project risks and review studies and designs.
• Support the growth of the company by fostering a work environment based on collaboration, trust, and accountability.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering and specialization in hydraulics, structures or geotechnics with a minimum experience of 15 years in design and supervision of hydro powerplants, dams and other hydraulic works in an international context.
• Analytical, organized and results-oriented profile, with good communication skills and ability to manage relationships with customers and suppliers, as well as to work in a team and solve problems.
• Good knowledge of project management techniques and ability to make fast, pragmatic decisions with a comprehensive vision and ability to lead with consistency, empowering people and creating safe and stimulating work environments.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian, French or Spanish.
• Availability for short business trips abroad.
