Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within HR/HRIS environments.
• Experience supporting HR transformation, process improvement or HR tech projects.
• Strong process mapping and business documentation skills.
• Ability to analyse complex business requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
• Fluent English and French communication abilities.

• Document, analyse and improve HR processes across multiple functional areas.
• Facilitate workshops and gather requirements from key stakeholders.
• Support design of future-state HR processes and employee self-service solutions.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for HRIS projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented.
