Qualifikationen

• Completed education with further qualification in HR.
• 3-5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, ideally in an international environment.
• Experience contributing to or leading HR projects.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills; confident working with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors and Workday.
• Strong interest to push AI for HR usage.

• Support HR projects and strategic business partnering, including global and local initiatives.
• Advise and support line managers on operational HR matters across the employee lifecycle.
• Support recruiting and onboarding processes; draft contracts and HR documents.
