Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. in Switzerland is seeking a Global HR Business Partner for our GPG Semiconductor unit.

You will partner with the Global Business Group Leader to drive business growth, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and talent outcomes across Switzerland, the Czech Republic, China, India, and the Philippines. This role sits within the Grid Integration Business Unit and reports to the HR leadership team.

Qualifications

• Proven years of HR generalist experience in a global, manufacturing environment.
• Strong track record in transformation and organizational development.
• Fluent German and English are essential for this role.
• Labor relations experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategy leadership and action planning aligned with BU strategy.
• Capability/workforce planning using HR analytics data.
• Organizational design and development to optimize structures.
• Performance management standards and KPI implementation.
• Leadership development and succession planning.
• Standards and governance for global/local HR rules and processes.
• Drive recognition/reward programs in line with guidelines.
• Partner with managers and employees to address HR issues.
