Schindler Group in Luzern is seeking a Working Student for Global HR Inclusion & Diversity (m/f/d) 40-60%. You will gain hands-on experience supporting inclusion initiatives, data analysis, events, and stakeholder communications in an international environment.

You are a current Bachelor's student in Business Administration, HR, Psychology, Data Analytics or a related field, with strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) and excellent English.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program (Business Administration, HR, Psychology, Data Analytics or related).
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to transform data into insights and presentations.
• Solid English communication skills, written and verbal.

Aufgaben

• Support coordination and administration of global talent programs.
• Organize webinars, virtual networking events, and project activities with registrations and communications.
• Prepare presentations, dashboards, and project documentation for global stakeholders and leadership.
• Analyze workforce diversity and talent data, create reports and insights for decision-making.
• Conduct research and benchmarking on Inclusion & Diversity trends; support internal communications and SharePoint updates.
