Qualifications

Master's degree or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical/Engineering, Computer Science, Chemistry or related field; PhD is a plus.
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in R&D, Engineering, Product Development, or related disciplines.
Experience leading global multidisciplinary development organizations across hardware, software and systems engineering.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the global R&D strategy for the Automated Chemistry business unit.
Lead a global R&D organization across hardware, software, systems engineering, testing, and project management.
Drive development of innovative hardware and software solutions to strengthen market position and growth.
Champion innovation culture and evaluate emerging technologies to unlock long-term value.
Oversee global product development programs with robust lifecycle management and agility.
