Zusammenfassung

METTLER TOLEDO seeks a Head of Software Development in Laboratory Weighing (f/m/d) to lead a ~30-person software organization at our Nänikon-Greifensee HQ. You will shape software strategy across embedded, Linux, PC and service software, drive platform architectures, and mentor leaders within a global R&D context.

You will own development environments, CI/CD, test automation, and release processes while advancing AI-enabled engineering and cybersecurity initiatives.

Qualifikationen

University degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
Extensive software development experience for hardware-integrated products.
Leadership experience with cross-functional teams and coaching.
Strong C/C++ and Linux-based embedded systems knowledge.

Aufgaben

Lead and develop a software organization of ~30 professionals.
Define software strategy across embedded, Linux, PC and service software.
Evolve Linux/Debian platform and CI/CD, test automation, and releases.
Drive AI strategy and cybersecurity initiatives for software products.
