The role leads the creation of a global procurement function, drives supplier negotiations, and builds scalable governance across 200+ destinations. You will shape strategy, align procurement with product and growth, and establish policies, risk frameworks, and performance metrics in a highly autonomous, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement leadership experience in fast-growing tech or scale-up environments.
• Proven track record building procurement functions, governance, and vendor management.
• Expertise in international contract negotiations for complex services.
• Strong financial analysis of supplier costs, pricing, and savings opportunities.
• Leadership capabilities to design scalable processes for a growing org.
• Strategic thinker balancing cost, quality, risk, and long-term objectives.

Responsibilities

• Build global procurement strategy supporting international expansion.
