MEOGROUP Switzerland SA seeks an experienced Procurement Manager to transform its technology procurement function. You will shape procurement strategies for enterprise software and applications, collaborating with senior IT and business leaders to influence roadmaps and investment decisions.

You will lead category strategy, supplier governance and large-scale IT transformation initiatives, driving value through optimisation, cloud adoption and strategic vendor partnerships.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Strategic Procurement, Category Management or Strategic Sourcing.
• Significant experience managing software, applications, SaaS or enterprise technology categories.
• Proven track record of building and implementing category strategies.
• Experience leading large-scale IT transformation programmes, application rationalisation initiatives or cloud migration projects.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior business and technology stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Define and execute procurement strategies across a portfolio of enterprise software and business applications.
• Collaborate with IT, Digital and Business leaders to embed procurement early in roadmaps.
• Maximise value through supplier consolidation, rationalisation and governance enhancements.
• Lead sourcing initiatives, RFI/RFP processes and supplier selection projects.
• Negotiate complex commercial terms and optimise licensing models.
• Build strategic relationships with software vendors and technology partners.
