Comparis.ch is Switzerland's leading comparison platform seeking a Lead Organic Growth & AI Search. You will shape and own our SEO, GEO, and content strategy to drive organic growth across search engines and AI-supported platforms.

You will lead initiatives, work with marketing, product, tech, and UX teams, and manage internal specialists and external agencies to deliver measurable business impact. Flexible hours, home office, and remote work are available.

Qualifications

Several years of practical experience in SEO, organic growth, and content strategy in the digital environment.
Proven ability to develop strategies, implement them operationally, and achieve measurable results.
Excellent English skills; knowledge of German, French, or Italian is a great advantage.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage SEO, GEO, and content strategy to drive organic growth across search engines and AI-supported platforms.
Identify growth potentials through keyword, search intent, competitor, and performance analyses.
Lead SEO and GEO initiatives and optimise landing pages to increase qualified traffic, leads, and conversions.
Collaborate with marketing, product, tech, and UX teams to implement scalable and high-performance solutions.
Take on professional leadership of internal specialists and external agencies with measurable business success.
Continuously analyse organic search performance and adjust strategy based on KPIs and ROI.
