FIA – Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile in Geneva seeks a Head of Karting to lead the global Karting strategy and oversee the Commission Internationale de Karting (CIK). You will manage FIA Karting Championships, coordinate with FIA leadership, ASNs, organisers, and teams, and drive sustainability and inclusion across the discipline.

The role requires 10–15 years in motorsport, strong governance, and a track record in leadership and stakeholder management.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Business, Engineering, Sports Management or related field.
• 10 to 15 years of professional experience in motorsport, with exposure to Karting/Solo disciplines.
• Strong leadership and governance experience with complex stakeholder environments.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Strategically develop Karting and participation growth initiatives with global reach.
• Administer the Commission Internationale de Karting (CIK) activities and meetings.
• Oversee FIA Karting Championships budgeting, planning and partner relations.
• Lead the Karting team and ensure cross-functional collaboration across FIA departments.
