Zusammenfassung

FIA in Geneva seeks a Head of Karting to lead the global karting strategy and oversee the CIK administration and FIA Karting Championships. The role partners with the CIK President, FIA leadership and diverse stakeholders worldwide to drive participation, inclusion and sustainability.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team within the Circuit Sport Department, ensuring governance, budgeting and operational excellence across global events and programs, and frequent international travel.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in business, engineering or sports management.
• 10–15 years of professional motorsport experience with karting exposure.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management in complex environments.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Strategic development of Karting and participation growth.
• Administration of the Commission Internationale de Karting (CIK) and regulatory activities.
• Administrative and regulatory management of FIA Karting Championships (including KEC and Shootout).
• Karting team management: lead, develop and deliver with cross-functional collaboration.
