Zusammenfassung

The Federation Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) seeks a Head of Karting to lead the global Karting strategy and oversee CIK administration and FIA Karting Championships. Based in Geneva within the Circuit Sport Department, you will manage a multidisciplinary team and report to the Head of Mass Participation Disciplines & Activities.

You will drive initiatives to grow participation, promote inclusion, sustainability and sporting excellence across Karting, working with ASNs, organisers, teams

Qualifikationen

University degree in a relevant field.
10 to 15 years of professional experience in motorsport, with significant exposure to Karting and/or Single-Seater disciplines.
Experience leading in a sporting federation, ASN, championship organiser, promoter or manufacturer is a plus.
Fluent English is required; additional languages are an asset.

Aufgaben

Strategic development of Karting and participation growth.
Define and implement the FIA Karting strategy with leadership and stakeholders.
Lead administration of the CIK, coordinating meetings, working groups and regulatory activities.
Oversee FIA Karting Championships planning, budgets and governance.
