FIA, based in Geneva within the Circuit Sport Department, seeks a global Head of Karting to lead the federation's Karting strategy, oversee the CIK administration, and manage FIA Karting Championships. You will work with the CIK President, FIA leadership, ASNs, organisers, teams and competitors to drive growth, inclusion and sustainability across all levels.

Qualifikationen

• University degree as required.
• Proven leadership experience in a sports federation or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of sport governance and championship operations.

• Strategic development of Karting and participation growth.
• Administration of CIK including meetings, groups and regulatory activities.
• Administrative and regulatory management of FIA Karting Championships and Shootout.
• Lead the Karting team and manage budgets and cross-functional collaboration.
