Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, PR, Marketing, Business or related field.
• 10+ years in communications, with internal/corporate newsroom experience in a global org.
• Proven leadership of communications teams and senior stakeholder influence.
• Full professional fluency in English.
• Ability to develop strategies supporting transformation and priorities.
• Experience advising senior leaders and creating leadership communication frameworks.
• Expertise in storytelling, content strategy, newsroom operations, digital comms.
• Strong knowledge of intranet platforms, employee engagement channels, video content.
• Experience using metrics and insights to guide decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the company internal narrative translating strategy into clear communications.
• Lead the global internal newsroom and editorial strategy with governance and calendar.
• Advise Executive Leadership Team on key messages, storytelling, and announcements.
• Develop frameworks and toolkits for leaders to communicate consistently.
• Build partnerships across functions, regions and business units for alignment.
• Drive employee engagement and alignment with strategy, culture, and transformation.
• Lead integrated internal/external storytelling with External Communications.
• Leverage data and AI to optimize content, personalization, and measurement.
• Innovate across channels and formats, testing new approaches for reach and relevance.
• Lead and develop the Internal Communications team, fostering a high-performing culture.
