Job summary

Sandoz is seeking a Head Finance for the Generic Platform to lead financial strategy, modelling, and performance across the Standard and Specialty Generics value chain. You will drive resource allocation, BD&L investments, and ensure alignment with regional and manufacturing priorities.

Responsibilities include building business cases, guiding portfolio decisions, and partnering with STO, CCO, and Development to secure approvals and actionable insights for launches and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; MBA or CPA is a plus.
10+ years in financial management or controlling in a multinational environment.
Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
Experience in financial modelling and business case preparation.
Leadership skills, strong in a matrix organization.
Commercial and/or manufacturing business partnering experience.

Responsibilities

Co-leads strategic and business initiatives to deliver sustainable growth.
Develops and delivers business cases maximizing ROI for new molecule additions and BD&L.
Partners with CCO, Development and Manufacturing to drive approvals and governance.
Leads planning and reporting for Monthly/Strategic Budget processes.
Acts as Generics finance partner to STO, CCO and Regional leadership.
Ensures adherence to governance, controls and compliance.
