Job summary

Mirabaud Wealth Management seeks a senior leader to define and oversee the Group MLRO Financial Crime Framework across AML, sanctions, fraud prevention, tax transparency and anti-bribery. The role collaborates with Front Office, Risk and local crime risk teams across jurisdictions.

The position can be located in Switzerland, London or Luxembourg, offering exposure to a global matrix environment and strong regulatory interaction with regulators, auditors and control functions.

Qualifications

• University degree in Law, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or other related discipline.
• Professional certifications in Financial Crime Compliance or AML would be recommended.
• 7–10 years of experience in Compliance, Financial Crime Compliance, AML, or Regulatory Affairs within banking or financial industry.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-border Financial Crime risks and regulatory requirements.
• Fluent in English; French would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define the Group's Financial Crime strategy, governance model, and control framework.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the Group Financial Crime framework covering AML, Sanctions, Fraud Prevention, Terrorist Financing, Tax Transparency, and Anti-Bribery.
• Ensure Financial Crime risks are identified, assessed, monitored, and mitigated across the Group.
• Embed Financial Crime risk management principles with Wealth Management, Risk and other functions.
• Oversee CLM framework onboarding, KYC, due diligence, periodic reviews, transaction monitoring and offboarding.
