Mirabaud Group is seeking a Head of Regulatory Compliance to establish and continually enhance the Group's compliance framework across investor protection, conduct risk and product governance. The role oversees CMP, enforces regulatory standards, and promotes a strong culture of compliance throughout the organisation.

The position can be located in Switzerland, London or Luxembourg, and requires leadership across a global matrix with interactions to regulators, Audit, Risk Management and senior

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in Regulatory Compliance within banking/financial industry.
• Strong development and implementation experience of Compliance frameworks.
• Proven ability to interact with regulators, Internal/External Audit, senior management and Board committees.
• Fluent in English; French would be a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and enhance the Group Regulatory Compliance framework.
• Oversee investor protection and conduct risk framework.
• Establish and maintain product governance across lifecycle.
• Identify, manage, and monitor conflicts of interest.
• Monitor cross-border regulatory requirements for international activities.
• Promote awareness of regulatory requirements across the Group.
