Job summary

Clariant is seeking a Head of ESHA & IGSM to own and drive global Environmental, Safety, Health & Affairs strategy and the Integrated Global Standards Management framework. You will oversee a team of ~8 across sites worldwide, reporting to the CTO.

You will lead the governance of ISO standards, risk management, and digital transformation initiatives while engaging stakeholders across functions and with external authorities. This is a senior leadership role with global scope.

Qualifications

• 10+ years ESHA experience with global/multi-site leadership.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/45001/50001 and auditing.
• Strong risk engineering, insurance and compliance exposure.
• Proven ability to drive culture change and capability building.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement QESH strategy across all sites.
• Own and improve the Integrated Management System and certification strategy.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead global ESHA & IGSM organization and networks.
• Represent Clariant with external bodies and stakeholders.
