Job summary

ILC Dover, part of Ingersoll Rand, Rossens site in Switzerland, seeks an EHS Specialist to uphold health, safety and environmental compliance across the site. You will champion a proactive safety culture, manage EHS risks, and drive continuous improvement with global and local stakeholders.

The role requires coordinating audits, delivering training, and maintaining safety systems and emergency plans to protect personnel and the environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an EHS role within an industrial, pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing EHS management systems and corrective action programs.
• Experience delivering safety training.
• Experience interacting with regulatory authorities and auditors.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Swiss occupational health and safety regulations and company standards.
• Lead EHS risk assessments and corrective actions.
• Coordinate audits and regulatory inspections; drive timely improvements.
• Deliver safety induction and ongoing training for employees, contractors and visitors.
• Maintain site safety layouts, signage and emergency preparedness programs.
