Novartis Pharma AG in Basel is seeking a Director International, Haematology to lead the cross-functional international launch and growth strategy for a priority myelofibrosis asset. You will translate the One Brand Plan into market-facing strategies, guide launch deliverables, and partner with priority markets, Regions, and global teams to maximise patient access and commercial success.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience across commercial, marketing, sales, launch strategy, medical affairs and/or value & access, with significant experience in oncology or haematology.
• Advanced degree in business, life sciences, medicine or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated success leading the commercialisation of an asset across the lifecycle, including pre-launch and launch, in both above-country and in-market settings.

Aufgaben

• Launch strategy and One Brand Plan.
• Own the International commercial launch strategy and co-lead the cross-functional One Brand Plan, defining strategic imperatives and priority opportunities for International markets.
• Partner with priority markets and Regions to localise strategy, remove launch barriers, capture insights and establish a tiered support model.
• Lead asset positioning, master story, core messages and differentiation strategy across commercial, medical and access stakeholders.
• Drive segmentation, customer journeys, engagement planning, and go-to-market choices with cross-functional partners.
• Maintain an integrated view of the myelofibrosis landscape; translate insights into strategic choices and agile response plans.
• Lead launch governance, readiness reviews, KPI and launch tracking, investment prioritisation and communication to leadership.
• Act as the International commercial partner for Value & Access, shaping payer value and country reimbursement preparation.
