Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of relevant experience in commercial, marketing, sales, or medical affairs with oncology/haematology focus.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams through launch cycles.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into actionable execution and measurements.

Aufgaben

• Define and own the International commercial launch strategy and One Brand Plan for the asset.
• Partner with markets and regions to localize strategy and remove launch barriers.
• Lead development of asset positioning, messaging, and differentiation across commercial, medical, and access stakeholders.
• Drive customer strategy, segmentation, journeys, and activation in collaboration with regional teams.
• Translate market insights into strategic choices, objection handling, and agile responses.
• Lead governance, readiness reviews, KPI tracking, and investment prioritisation for launches.
• Collaborate with Value & Access to shape payer value story, HTA readiness, and reimbursement preparation.
• Foster an enterprise mindset and high-performing cross-functional team culture.
