Centalion is seeking a Global Gas & Power Business Manager to lead and coordinate our global strategy, partnering with regional desks to align priorities and ensure disciplined execution across governance processes. The role requires deep understanding of gas and power markets, strong leadership, and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives with risk, finance and operations.

Fluent English and a track record in multi-regional trading are essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in energy or commodity trading with multi-regional exposure.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead global strategy and business planning across regions.
• Coordinate inputs from regional desks to form a global view.
• Translate priorities into workstreams with milestones and owners.
• Prepare materials for leadership reviews and budget discussions.
• Coordinate interface between commercial and Risk, Finance, IT, Legal, Compliance.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives and platform development.
