Job summary

KeyPartners is seeking an FP&A Business Partner to join our international organization, collaborating with finance and operations to turn data into meaningful insights that drive performance.

The role emphasizes financial analyses, reporting development, and continuous improvement of BI processes, including dashboards built with Power BI. English fluency and EU Swiss work eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance, economics, business administration or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial controlling, FP&A, business controlling, financial analysis or similar.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Solid experience with Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Practical experience with Power BI, developing dashboards, analyzing data and improving reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze financial performance, costs and key business indicators.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost optimization and improved profitability.
• Conduct in-depth financial analyses and investigate variances.
• Support working capital management and monitor FX exposure.
• Prepare and review regular financial reports for accuracy and transparency.
• Develop and improve reporting tools, dashboards and BI processes, especially through Power BI.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
• Contribute to digitalization of finance processes.
