Zusammenfassung

Flexion Robotics in Zürich is seeking a Finance Lead to own the financial backbone of the fast-scaling robotics company. You will lead FP&A across global entities, build models, reporting and controls to support strategic decisions, and drive monthly closes, forecasting, audits and compliance.

You’ll work hands-on in a high-ownership role, collaborating with leadership to translate financial insights into actions that accelerate growth while maintaining robust governance and cross‑currency

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in FP&A, strategic finance or audit in fast-growing environments.
• Strong financial modelling skills and driver-based analysis.
• Solid grasp of Swiss accounting, tax and payroll requirements.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.

• Lead global financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Establish and maintain global financial controls and ensure compliance.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models for decision making.
• Analyze financial data and create reports for leadership.
• Oversee end-to-end procurement, vendor onboarding and payments.
• Manage global finance and accounting practices and reporting.
• Implement scalable budget management and reporting processes.
• Lead global payroll, tax and compliance reporting.
• Lead global financial audits from start to finish.
• Continuously improve financial processes and systems to support growth.
