Zusammenfassung

Flexion is recruiting for a Strategic Account Manager in Zurich to own and grow relationships with strategic customers in humanoid robotics. You will become the primary business owner for a portfolio, understanding products, roadmaps, and business priorities, and identifying opportunities to expand Flexion's role.

Qualifikationen

• Experience owning strategic B2B customer relationships for deep-tech or highly technical products.
• Strong commercial instincts with ability to identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
• Strong technical fluency in robotics, AI, or adjacent technologies.
• Ability to understand complex technical products and connect customer roadmaps to commercial opportunities.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary business point of contact for strategic customers following initial acquisition.
• Build trusted relationships across customer organizations, from engineering to senior executives.
• Develop understanding of each customer's products, architecture, roadmap, and priorities.
• Identify opportunities to expand Flexion across additional robot platforms, programs, capabilities, and product generations.
• Work with customers to understand upcoming requirements and how Flexion can add value.
• Drive strategic account planning and maintain visibility of expansion opportunities, risks, and next steps.
• Represent customer needs internally across Product, Engineering, Operations, and leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to move initiatives forward and remove blockers.
• Align customer roadmaps with Flexion's product and technology direction.
• Turn initial integrations into long-term partnerships.
