Flexion, a Zürich-based robotics company, is hiring a Finance Lead to own FP&A across global entities and to build the models, reporting and controls that enable strategic decision-making. Reporting to the Head of Global Operations, you will drive monthly closes, cash flow forecasting, audits and end-to-end procurement and payroll reporting.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in FP&A, strategic finance or audit with startup exposure.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; professional qualification is a plus.
• Strong financial modelling and analysis skills with driver-based models.
• Solid grasp of Swiss accounting, tax and payroll requirements across multiple entities.
• Builder mindset with ownership in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent communicator capable of presenting to leadership and investors.

Aufgaben

• Lead global financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes to align with company strategic goals.
• Establish and maintain strong global financial controls and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards to optimize performance and mitigate risks.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision‑making processes.
• Analyze financial data, including profit and cost analyses, and create reports for leadership in support of improvements or strategic changes.
• Establish and maintain end‑to‑end procurement processes with accountability for 3rd party vendor/ tool selection, vendor onboarding, invoice payment, vendor management and vendor offboarding.
• Oversee the global finance and accounting practices and processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with global accounting standards.
• Implement scalable processes and tools for budget management and reporting.
• Complete global payroll, tax and compliance reporting.
• Lead global financial audits from preparation to completion.
• Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes, systems, and tools to support rapid company growth.
