Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, finance or a related field.
• 12 years of communications, investor relations, finance or related experience, preferably within biopharmaceuticals.
• Demonstrated experience developing financial narratives and communicating strategy, performance and growth priorities to investors and analysts.

Aufgaben

• Lead Takeda's global financial communications strategy to coordinate enterprise-wide messaging on growth, performance and value creation.
• Advise the CFO and Finance Leadership Team with executive communications strategies to strengthen visibility and credibility with stakeholders.
• Spearhead Global Finance internal communications and partner with Investor Relations to drive shareholder and analyst engagement.
