Job summary

Hexagon Robotics, a division of Hexagon, seeks a Finance Manager to drive FP&A, ERP implementation, and governance initiatives in a high-growth setting. You will shape processes from the ground up and partner across departments to enable scalable, future-ready workflows.

You will lead financial planning, automate payables/receivables, and support strategy and internal controls while collaborating with operations in a dynamic, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in finance in a high-growth environment.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related quantitative field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven track record of strategic financial thinking and autonomous working style.
• Experience with implementation of FP&A Systems / ERP Integrations and Financial Modelling.
• Some experience in both startup/scale-up and large corporate environments.
• Business proficiency (C2) in English; German (B1+).

Responsibilities

• Support in FP&A Actuals reporting, variance analysis, and action proposals.
• Build financial models and rolling forecasts with regular business partnering.
• Assist ERP implementation and coordinate API-readiness.
• Propose governance improvements (policies, T&E, supplier contracting).
• Support AP/AR oversight and evaluate internalisation opportunities.
• Co-lead automation of finance tasks and expense tooling.
• Collaborate with operations on ad-hoc finance projects.
