Try&Hire in Switzerland seeks an early-career engineer to provide advanced technical support for medium voltage drives used in process control and energy savings. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, or an equivalent technical qualification.
• No previous work experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Availability for global travel and field interventions.

• Good command of English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Manage resolution of complex service cases onsite and feed learnings into product improvement.
• Take the leading role to exceed expected field performance of an evolving product.
• Provide technical guidance to other support levels and ensure know-how transfer.
• Establish and guide cross-functional resolution expert teams.
• Drive product improvements based on field learnings.
• Contribute to 24/7 service support availability.
