Zusammenfassung

Syngenta is seeking a Manufacturing Excellence leader to deploy the Syngenta Production System across Formulation, Filling & Packing. You will partner with FF&P manufacturing leaders to identify capabilities and drive transformation focused on cost efficiency, quality, and performance.

Fluent English is required, with additional languages a plus. Base location in Switzerland; frequent travel up to 50% of the time, leading a globally distributed team and fostering a culture of excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Proven manufacturing experience in production performance, Lean leadership, or change management.
• Strong ability to interpret, analyze and present complex data.
• Experience leading large, complex initiatives with significant responsibility.
• Demonstrated capability to coach and develop teams to deliver change.

Aufgaben

• Implement SPS aligned to strategy and deliver successful SPS deployment across FF&P manufacturing.
• Translate business strategy into site Manufacturing Excellence roadmaps and build capabilities.
• Drive long-term production performance through improvements in availability, capacity, reliability and cost.
• Deliver customer-focused outcomes with reliable, cost-effective delivery and measurable impact.
• Lead and manage a globally distributed team of professionals.
• Foster a Manufacturing Excellence mindset and advise on capability and performance improvements.
• Promote change-management and accelerate adoption of new ways of working.
• Standardize operations, capacity planning and resource allocation on site networks.
• Ensure consistent use of SPS tools and processes to boost productivity and profitability.
• Develop talent and coaching; build a robust manufacturing talent pipeline.
