Syngenta Crop Protection in Switzerland seeks a Global Manex FFP Change Delivery Lead to drive the Manufacturing Excellence strategy for Formulation, Filling & Packing. You will partner with FF&P leaders to build capabilities, improve performance, and ensure cost efficiency and quality across sites.

The role combines process and people leadership with change management, requiring frequent collaboration with site leaders and a willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant scientific or engineering field
• BS/MS in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or Chemical Sciences
• Manufacturing specialist with strong project/program management and change/operations management experience
• Track record leading teams and building manufacturing capability
• Ability to develop, coach, and teach others to deliver change
• Functional expertise in production performance, maintenance, and Lean leadership
• Information management: interpret, analyze, and present complex data
• Communication: strong listening; clear messaging; sound judgment in complex situations

Aufgaben

• Implement SPS aligned to strategy: Deliver successful implementation of the Syngenta Production System in line with the Global FF&P Manufacturing strategy.
• Deploy Manufacturing Excellence strategy: Translate business strategy into site Manufacturing Excellence roadmaps; build capabilities to transform process, systems, and people.
• Drive long-term production performance: Partner with site leaders to deliver long-term production plans improving availability, capacity, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Deliver customer-focused outcomes: Collaborate with customers and site stakeholders to ensure reliable, cost-effective delivery and measurable operational impact.
• Lead and manage a globally distributed team of professionals.
• Build a culture of excellence: Foster and role-model a Manufacturing Excellence mindset, strengthening capabilities and mobilizing sustainable change.
• Lead change and continuous improvement: Promote a change-management mindset and coach teams to embed new ways of working.
• Standardize and optimize operations: Oversee standard practices, capacity planning, and resource allocation across sites.
• Ensure tool/process discipline: Ensure consistent use of SPS tools and processes to optimize implementation and productivity.
• Develop talent and capabilities: Build manufacturing talent pipeline and provide coaching and feedback.
