Memo Paris in Geneva seeks an Export Sales Administration specialist to own B2B export orders from entry to delivery and invoicing. You will prepare all export documents, coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and warehouses, and ensure order follow-up, invoicing and payment monitoring.

Formación

• Degree in International Trade, Supply Chain, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in Export Sales Administration, preferably in luxury, cosmetics or consumer goods.
• Fluent in English and French; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage B2B export orders from entry to delivery and invoicing.
• Prepare and control all export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, customs docs).
• Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, logistics partners and warehouses.
• Ensure order follow-up, delivery tracking, invoicing and payment monitoring.
• Act as interface between international clients, logistics, finance and internal teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of ADV export processes and customer satisfaction.
• Plan and optimize shipments in line with Incoterms, lead times and costs.
• Monitor stock availability with warehouses and anticipate client needs.
• Handle logistics incidents and claims with carriers.
