JPMorganChase & Co. is seeking an Event Planner Data Specialist in Geneva to manage event data and reporting for International Private Bank events.

You will build and maintain the registration website and drive the end-to-end registration experience, ensuring privacy compliance and high-quality standards. You will partner with stakeholders across levels, support regional events, and report to the Head of International Private Bank Events.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in events.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and event management applications.
• Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and communicate with stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Build event registration websites on our event management platform.
• Partner with the Head of IPB Events to create event launches.
• Collect nominations for senior management review and ensure accuracy.
• Track RSVPs and drive event reporting.
• Develop understanding of event data to identify efficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy requirements and guidelines.
• Provide ad hoc support for regional events and EMEA-based projects.
• Support cross-functional event planning teams as needed.
