Qualifications

• Significant experience in Private Banking with ultra/high net worth clients across Switzerland.
• Business development experience including profiling, negotiation and referrals.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Experience or understanding of investments, banking and trust concepts including asset allocation, portfolios and wealth planning.
• Strong network with an established client base.
• Fluent French and English; Italian or German is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Generate business results and acquire new assets across Switzerland.
• Advise clients on overall balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, credit and banking needs.
• Partner with internal specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise to clients when needed.
• Understand client goals to develop and implement investment plans on their balance sheet, including asset allocation and holistic wealth planning.
• Ensure proposed solutions meet client needs in short, medium and long term through goals-based planning.
• Adhere to risk, control policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other Client Advisors to maximize team strength and achieve goals.
