• Provide high quality service to Private Banking clients.
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times.
• Manage daily client transactions and inquiries accurately within deadlines.
• Research and resolve client inquiries with bankers, investors, product specialists and operations.
• Identify potential fraud situations, errors, and losses for prompt resolution.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and elevate to bankers and partners.
• Verify and maintain data quality in client hierarchy and accounts.
• Participate in special projects and coordinate client requests for products and services.
