Zusammenfassung

Tandem Diabetes Care is seeking an International Event Specialist based in Switzerland to support the delivery of memorable, high-quality events across our international business. The successful candidate will bring a strong hospitality mindset, outstanding organisational skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Based in the Lausanne area, this role includes regular international travel.

Qualifikationen

Experience in event management and coordinating international corporate events.
Proven ability to manage budgets, POs, invoices and procurement processes.
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leaders.
Fluency in English; French language skills are highly desirable.
Experience working with cross-functional international teams.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education preferred.

Aufgaben

Plan, coordinate and execute international corporate events across regions.
Manage end-to-end event logistics including venues, travel, catering, and production.
Define objectives with senior leaders and ensure brand consistency.
Lead supplier negotiations and manage contracts for value for money.
Provide post-event analysis and cost reporting.
