Candidates should have 3–4 years of strategic sourcing experience, a Master’s degree, and strong German/English communication. The position is 100% on-site in Haag ( SG ).

• Experience with global category management and direct materials.
• Master’s degree from university or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for elastomers.
• Partner with Business Units, Engineering and Operations to meet needs.
• Maintain supply base footprint with QCD focus and cost reduction.
• Apply compliant sourcing processes and sustainable supplier assessments.
• Lead category sourcing strategies and cross-functional boards.
• Monitor supply base risk and drive continuous improvement.
