Teoxane Laboratories, Geneva-based, seeks a Global Marketing & E-commerce Specialist for a 6-month contract (Mid November 2026 – Mid April 2027). You will drive the e-commerce calendar across markets, oversee daily site operations, coordinate UX improvements, and manage CRM campaigns to boost engagement.

The role leverages expertise in Shopify and Salesforce Commerce, Google/Facebook Ads, and SEO/SEA, with responsibility for marketplace management (Amazon) and packaging redesign support,

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or related field.

Aufgaben

• Execute the e-commerce trading calendar across all assigned markets (Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, UK, US, Australia), coordinating campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
• Manage daily operations of Teoxane's e-commerce websites, keeping them accurate, functional and up to date.
• Identify and coordinate UX/customer journey improvements with internal teams and partners.
• Build and optimize the CRM calendar (newsletters, campaigns, segmentation, automated journeys) to drive engagement and retention.
• Monitor sales, traffic and e-commerce KPIs; produce performance reports and improvement recommendations.
• Manage the external e-commerce agency relationship for marketplace and e-retailer operations and optimization.
• Coordinate artwork creation, review and validation for existing and new products; proofread packaging texts and layouts.
• Maintain artwork databases, templates and spec files.
• Support the Marketing Manager on the 2027 packaging redesign rollout, including timelines, mock-ups, prototypes and validation with agencies and suppliers.
• Contribute to identifying more sustainable and compliant packaging materials and formats.
• Support supplier scouting, benchmarking and initial qualification, and help build feasibility plans.
