• 6+ years of experience in retail operations, distributor-led retail, or partner-led models within a global brand.
• Proven track record designing scalable retail playbooks, operational frameworks, and SOPs for external partners.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across cross-functional teams and external distributors.
