Michael Page (Switzerland) is seeking a Senior Digital Workplace lead to shape the strategy and roadmap for enterprise collaboration. You will drive adoption of Microsoft 365, Copilot and AI-enabled productivity tools across a global, multicultural organisation.

You will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, lead governance and change programmes, and design training and adoption pathways to maximise business value and user engagement in a hybrid setup.

Competenze

• Degree in IT, CS, or related field and strong technical foundation.
• Minimum 6 years leading Microsoft 365 and Digital Workplace services.
• Experience translating business requirements into practical technology solutions.
• Proven ability to drive user adoption and organisational change.
• Experience managing IT projects from initiation through deployment.

• Lead the Digital Workplace function and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
• Define and execute the Digital Workplace strategy and roadmap.

• Oversee Digital Champions networks to promote digital literacy and adoption.
• Monitor service performance and support operational issue escalation.
• Ensure project reporting, governance compliance and stakeholder communication.
