Job summary

Experis is seeking a Digital Workplace Lead to shape the future of workplace technology in a dynamic, international environment. You will drive adoption of Microsoft 365, Copilot, and collaboration tools, coordinating with business and IT stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.

The role requires 6+ years in Digital Workplace leadership, strong change management, and excellent communication in English. Fluency in French is a plus, and candidates must be eligible to work in Switzerland.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Digital Workplace or Microsoft 365 leadership.
• Strong background in user adoption and change management.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
