Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associate Director, Digital Change Lead in Zug, Switzerland, to drive modernization of the CRM digital and data landscape. You will shape strategy, governance, and the portfolio while aligning with RDQ and enterprise leadership to deliver value across digital initiatives.

The role requires senior stakeholder influence, program leadership, and a track record in data governance, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration within regulated life sciences

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a scientific, technology, data, engineering, business, or related discipline.
• Masters or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the CRM digital and data strategy, roadmap and investment priorities.
• Provide leadership for CRM digital solution lifecycles and modernization initiatives.
• Design and chair governance for demand, change, data, and investment priorities.
• Set direction for data taxonomy, metadata, quality, and interoperability across CRM digital assets.
• Represent CRM-OpEx in cross-functional forums and align with enterprise digital leaders.
• Lead supplier and vendor management, budgeting, and performance oversight for external teams.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
