Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associate Director, Process Optimization & Digital Operations to support CRM excellence across locations, including Zug, Switzerland. The role drives operational routines, governance, and stakeholder collaboration to enable audit readiness and continuous improvement.

You will coordinate vendor activities, manage super-user forums, and ensure timely documentation and reporting. A strong background in process optimization within regulated environments is essential.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's or equivalent University degree is required with a focus in life sciences, quality, technology, data, engineering, business, or a related discipline preferred.
• Experience supporting process improvement, digital operations, business systems, communities of practice or super-user networks, vendors, document or portal administration, or audit and inspection readiness.
• Working knowledge of quality systems, controlled documentation, data and metadata concepts, and change management; familiarity with GxP or R&D Quality environments is preferred.
• Strong organization, facilitation, communication, stakeholder coordination, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process optimization and operational improvement across CRM digital landscape and governance.
• Coordinate operational administration for CRM-owned tools, provide user guidance and support release readiness.
• Plan and facilitate super-user forums, gather feedback, and enable user communities to adopt changes.
• Coordinate vendor and service delivery, invoices, forecasts, risks and escalation.
• Coordinate collection and quality review of system evidence for audits and inspections.
