Job summary

FMC Agricultural Solutions in Geneva seeks a Global Product Manager for Diamides to lead the strategic management of the Rynaxypyr and Cyazypyr insecticide portfolio. You will drive development, regulatory, production, supply, and marketing plans to ensure successful commercialization and lifecycle management, collaborating with global, regional, and country leaders.

You will shape pricing strategies, monitor performance metrics, and maintain brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Marketing, Business, Agronomy, Agricultural Sciences or related field.
• MBA or MS preferred for advanced roles with 8+ years experience.
• Experience in crop protection, seeds, biologicals, or agribusiness at national/regional level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global insecticide portfolio strategy for mid- to long-term horizon, including marketing initiatives and life cycle management.
• Drive profitability, pricing strategies, and regional go-to-market plans.
• Track global performance metrics (volume, pricing, market share) and own product-level P&L.
• Maintain understanding of competitive landscape, regulatory changes, and market trends.
• Develop globally consistent brand guidelines and customer narratives.
• Identify opportunities/risks and propose mitigation or growth actions; monitor KPIs.
• Represent product in cross-functional forums and provide portfolio updates.
• Provide inputs to operations, supply chain, and procurement for capacity planning and cost optimization.
• Contribute to third-party discussions on licenses and actives as needed.
• Provide market insights to R&D for future targets.
