Syngenta Group in Basel, Switzerland seeks a Global Technical Manager for Product Biology Disease Control (Fungicides). You will lead global technical development strategies, guide field trials, and coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D and Marketing to deliver market-ready products.

Applicants bring MSc/PhD in agronomy, 5+ years delivering development projects, regional and global experience, and fluency in English.

Formación

• MSc or Ph.D in agronomy with deep agronomy knowledge.
• Experience across global markets and multiple regions.
• At least five years delivering development projects in country and regional contexts.
• Experience in fungicides and disease control.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the global technical development of new AI’s plus key strategic projects, from early field testing through to product launch and AI lifecycle management.
• Plan and coordinate harmonized field trial programs, liaising with research, the regions, and countries - assembling teams to deliver data efficiently and on time.
• Provide technical positioning for AI’s and design and communicate technical strategies for product use and development plans to deliver agreed business objectives.
• Translate data into compelling recommendations to support decision making.
• Provide technical support to launch plans, meeting marketing and customer needs.
• Lead biology activities within global MPTs, BSRTs, AIM Teams according to portfolio.
• Foster technical networking, as well as actively seeking contacts with customers and key influencers to develop and support solutions.
