Job summary

FMC Agricultural Solutions in Geneva seeks a Global Product Manager for Diamides (Rynaxypyr and Cyazypyr) to lead strategic management across development, regulatory, production, supply and marketing for successful commercialization and lifecycle management.

You will drive global portfolio strategy, profitability, pricing, and market insights, while representing the product in cross-functional forums and planning sessions. Some travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the global insecticide portfolio strategy for the mid and long-term horizon
• Drive and support profitability of formulations and brands
• Develop pricing strategies with regional marketing
• Track global performance metrics (volume growth, pricing realization, market share)
• Own product-level P&L
• Maintain understanding of competitive landscape and regulatory changes
• Develop globally consistent brand guidelines and customer narratives
• Identify opportunities and risks and monitor KPIs
• Represent product in cross-functional forums and marketing councils
• Provide inputs to operations, supply chain and procurement for capacity planning and cost optimization
• Participate in third party discussions on licenses in/out of products
• Provide market insight to R&D for discovery targets and development projects aligned with future needs
