Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s Innovative Medicine group seeks a Senior Analyst Advanced Demand Analytics to strengthen global demand planning. This onsite/hybrid role supports forecasting, dashboards, and analytics for a major brand, collaborating with GPEx and regional teams.

You will bring 4+ years in analytics, proficiency with R/Python/SQL, and experience with Tableau or Power BI to drive data-driven decisions across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with analytical background.
• 4+ years of experience with statistical tools, data visualization, and databases.
• Experience in demand planning or supply chain analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run recurring demand planning reports and validate outputs on schedule.
• Develop dashboards and metrics to improve visibility of forecast performance.
• Collaborate with GPEx and RD&S to drive process improvements.
• Own demand planning process for a global brand including forecast consolidation.
• Provide routine user support and share knowledge on reporting tools.
