Job summary

The Global Direct-to-Consumer Intern will join the Global Retail team in Kilchberg, supporting the Lindt Shops and Online Shops around the world. You will help enhance the customer experience and shape marketing-related activities for our network of over 500 shops and 21 online stores.

Responsibilities include analyzing traffic and conversion, collaborating with subsidiaries, implementing the D2C portfolio strategy locally, and supporting the organization of global events.

Qualifications

• Completed or advanced Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration / related subjects.
• First working experience in the FMCG / retail / e-commerce sector is an advantage.
• Independent, precise and conscientious with self-inititative; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify best practice activities to build traffic, drive conversion & repeat purchase for Lindt Shops globally.
• Work closely with subsidiaries to improve customer experience in stores and online shops.
• Enable the local implementation of the global D2C portfolio strategy.
• Gain experience in data analysis, reporting and creating impactful presentations.
• Responsible for set-up and distribution of various recurring reports.
• Support on the organization of global business gatherings.
• Take responsibility for your own small projects.
